From Friday May 8th to Sunday May 10th the “Lucca Classica Music Festival”, with over four hundred musicians and over fifty events in the city’s squares, museums, palaces and the most beautiful churches, will take place for the first time. There will be DJ classical music sessions, conferences, children’s events and international guests. Among the many guest artists is Spira Mirabilis, with international-level musicians performing Beethoven’s Choral Symphony (Friday 8th, at 9 pm, Giglio Theatre). There are also events with journalists, celebrities from the world of science and young talents. There will be guided tours to Giacomo Puccini’s birthplace and other city museums.
