The “Lucca – i giorni di Puccini – Lucca Puccini Days”, festival which opens on November 13^th and ends on January 10 is an event that, under Giacomo Puccini’s umbrella title, offers a great variety of musical experiences, ranging from opera to sacred music and from jazz to film music.

On Tuesday, January 5^th at 8.30 pm at the Teatro Del Giglio there’s a performance of Verdi’s Simon Boccanegra. Ivo Lipanovic conducts the Orchestra and Chorus of Tuscany and the CLT Coro Lirico Toscano. Directed by Lorenzo Maria Mucci.
